Special Orders
One perk of MFC ownership is special ordering, where owners order case/bulk quantities of product at a discounted price, typically 10-20% off.
This is a great way to keep the pantry stocked and save money.
Special orders are prepaid and arrive with our regular shipments of goods, with variations in arrival time depending on the product. Questions on included products, quantities, and final pricing, as well as the fulfillment of orders, can be done over the phone or in the store at the Customer Service Desk.

If a product is on sale, it’s already at the lowest available price, so there is no additional special order discount. We recommend taking advantage of sales in Co-op Deals for special orders. Sales excluded from special order pricing include in-store specials, clearance, while supplies last, or inventory reduction items.

Yes, all orders — even for standing or recurring items — must be paid for when ordering.

Yes, you can use your credit/debit card to prepay phone orders. We can email your receipt to you or hold it at the Customer Service Desk.

Most UNFI products are shipped to the store twice per week. Independent Distributor items may take up to 30 days.

The Co-op will call you when your order arrives.

In many cases, yes. Please consult your Customer Service Specialist about ordering items that are not in stock.

The Co-op will refund your money, minus a 20% restocking fee.

While many items are available, we are unable to offer special ordering with local farms and with some independent companies not carried through our larger distributors. Feel free to ask a customer service desk representative about the availability of products.
