Healthy, Thriving, Connected
Cooperatively owned by over 6,000 households, the Marquette Food Co-op seeks to foster a healthy, thriving, and connected community. We specialize in local, organic, and fair-trade products — working closely with our local vendors to ensure their continued success —but offer much more than that. Our community outreach and education program offers classes and events focused on food, cooking, and sustainability.
Own a Grocery Store with a Bunch of Your Friends
Becoming an owner supports the work your Co-op does in the community and saves you money. Earn points for future purchases on every dollar spent, receive discounted tickets to Co-op classes, and more.
With gratitude and respect, the Marquette Food Co-op acknowledges the space we inhabit is on the ancestral grounds of the Anishinaabe/Three Fires Confederacy (Ojibwe, Odawa, Potawatomi). Following the cooperative model, we strive to provide access to locally grown food, as well as outreach and education, to help foster a thriving, equitable, and resilient community. Through our efforts, we hope to further honor the original stewards of our home and create a lasting connection to our history for future generations in the Great Lakes region.
